Try this stretch before you exercise. . .
1.Grab onto one end of a rolled-up towel. Have a friend grab onto the other end, or tie it to a chair.
2. Pull while your partner pulls at the other end.
Want to try another stretch?
1. Stand with feet together in a doorway.
2. Spread your arms out so you are in the shape of a T.
3. Turn your palms to face forward and place them on the door jam.
4. Lean forward.
