Don't have a chair? Try it standing up. . .

Cross your arms over your chest
2. Tighten your stomach, pull it in and hunch over - bring your torso down slightly so that you "crunch" your belly. Careful not to bend at the waist.
Push-ups
1. Just like fourth grader Tyler Lambert, put your palms in on the ground so that they are in line with the ends of your shoulders.
2. Put you knees on the ground.
3. Push up with your arms, _bending and straightening at the elbow.
