Inside
your brain - 10/15/2003
Why
is your brain so important? Your brain controls everything your
body does. Every breath you take, every word you learn to spell,
every word that comes out of your mouth happens because of your
brain.
Certain
parts of the brain control certain things. The spot behind your
forehead – those brain cells help you remember special days and
learn new things. At the back of your head, near your neck, is an
area called the cerebellum that allows you to run and skip and jump
rope.
So
strap on that helmet!
