Fonts
Use only PostScript/Type 1 fonts. Do not use TrueType fonts. Include the screen and printer fonts used with your document. Please send us only those fonts actually used in the document. We will substitute our fonts if you do not supply the correct ones. Our film outputting equipment requires that we have actual screen and printer fonts for each typeface used. We cannot make a bold font into a bold italic font. You must send all versions of the fonts you use. If possible, convert text (type) to paths (Illustrator/Freehand).
Graphics
Any linked graphics must be either TIFF, EPS, or Hi-RES JPG. Please include the original, native files as well.
Color photos
Color photos should be supplied in CMYK. TIFF, or EPS format. We print at 100 line screen, and 1200 dots per inch.
Proofing
Always send a composite with your ad and a printout of your screen that lists the names, size and kind of each file included. These items let us know exactly how the ad should look, and that all the elements are included. Depending on your ad, how it is created, and the materials you furnish to us, it is often impossible for us to make alterations. Please be sure the ad is correct when sent.
